Aima Pathway

AIMA INTERNSHIP PATHWAY

Our core intention is to provide world-class training to our trainees. We are centric on helping and supporting our Nurses to learn, build and sustain a career in the cosmetic injectables industry. This is achieved by serving hands-on experiences under trainers’ supervision during and after training. The pathway for nurses starts with a theory leading to practical clinical training at our clinic, followed by a mentorship plan – each trainee is assigned to one of our trainers for further guidance and support. Our team handholds all our trainees on their way to their first injectables job or business. Our team at AIMA will answer any questions and provide end-to-end assistance in our trainee's journey to a fulfilling injectables career.

Nurses with specialized training in cosmetic injectables may help their patients look and feel their best by implementing the techniques they learn in the AIMA training sessions. Nurses at AIMA are educated by pioneers in the field of non-invasive cosmetic procedures to the highest standards of care and are required to follow protocols designed to protect their patients.

Each student at AIMA receives one-on-one instruction from our expert staff, guaranteeing that they will be trained with the most refined and advanced skills possible.
